Service description
The Notification service means electronic notification of a consignment via mobile phone or email.
If the sender uses the Registered Consignment, Insured Consignment, EMS domestic service when posting consignments and provides contact details (mobile phone number or email address), notification to the addressee is included in these services free of charge.
Service process
Throughout the delivery process, we will keep you informed about the progress of your shipment by sending you text messages or emails. In order to provide you with information about your shipment, we need to know your mobile phone number or email address.
For this reason, we kindly ask you to provide this information when ordering goods online or from mail order companies. Retailers will pass on your contact details to us along with the shipment, so we can easily contact you and deliver your shipment as quickly as possible.
Similarly, if you are posting a parcel yourself, simply fill in the shipment details, including the recipient's contact details, online or on the posting label.
Notification to addressees
If you are the recipient of a parcel consignment, we will notify you of the consignment free of charge. This is a clear e-mail notification where you will find all the necessary information about your consignment, such as the amount of cash on delivery, a link to the Track & Trace application, or the option to use Online Change of Delivery. You will be informed about your consignment throughout the entire delivery process.
Notification to senders
If you are the sender of a consignment and want to make sure that the recipient has received it, simply provide your contact details and ask for an electronic notification to the sender at the counter when handing over the consignment.
Who can use the Notification service?
The Notification Service can be used by both individuals and legal entities, non-contractual and occasional submitters, as well as contractual submitters.
Service price
The price for the Notification to Addressees service is already included in the basic price of shipments, and the addressee does not pay anything extra for it.
When submitting a consignment, the Sender has the option of using Electronic Notification to the Sender (acceptance of the consignment by the addressee), which is charged according to the current Price List.
